An Investment, not a cost

£250 per month - No hidden costs.

​

At £250 per month, my coaching gives you everything you need to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident - without the hefty price tag of multiple in-person PT sessions. There’s no fixed long-term contract, just 30 days’ written notice if you ever need to cancel.

​

As a former in-person Personal Trainer, I saw how limiting one-off sessions were. At £40+ per session minimum, clients needed at least three sessions a week (£120+) to make real progress. Even then, they weren’t getting the full support needed to truly change - strength and endurance training plans for the whole week, nutrition guidance, mobility and postural support, stress management techniques, mindset coaching, habit-building strategies, and the tools to adapt when life gets in the way.

With THE MEG METHOD, you get all of that - every day of the week. You get a whole month of training and nutrition for the same cost as only 2 weeks of in-person Personal Training. Plus, many of my clients have saved money elsewhere, as they’re no longer wasting it on quick fixes, ineffective supplements, or things that don’t actually make them feel better.
