The Adventure Fit Club is an incredible investment in yourself for just £99 per month. There’s no fixed long-term contract, just 30 days’ written notice if you ever need to cancel.

 

For less than the cost of a personal training session per week, you’ll get a full month of coaching that’s built around you. We’ve created a hybrid coaching experience that combines fitness and strength plans that match your goals, plus live group community calls to keep you on track. But we don’t stop there. You’ll also get personalised 1-1 nutrition targets, weekly check-ins with me, and guidance on mobility, flexibility, injury prevention, and rehab. It’s everything you need to get stronger, move better, avoid injuries, and feel more confident - without the overwhelm. It’s not just about working out, it’s about supporting your whole lifestyle.
